Integrative Ayurvedic
Coaching, Inc.

Ayurvedic coaching uses the principles of Ayurveda (the health science used by yogis and sages for centuries) to help organizations and employees overcome stress and have a more fulfilling work experience. It’s not just meditation and yoga, although these are optional elements of the program. And it’s backed by science.
